We have improved our seats every year in our season ticket plan, and last year was the first year that I was able to sit with people who don't miss a game and believe in standing and yelling when appropriate. I received the e-mail about choosing our seats, and I am wondering if I should try to improve from where we are (123 row U) not knowing who we will be surrounded by, or stay where we are and hope the family we sat with last year doesn't try to improve their spots. We have upped our giving, so we have a decent amount of priority points, and could improve, maybe. I meant to get their number before the end of last season, so that we could talk about it, but in the debacle that was the VT game, I just didn't think about it. Any ideas?
I am in the same boat. I am going to see if I can get better seats but they are going to have to be much better as I like my seats right now and the people around me.
Facing the same question, but it also got me thinking...I wonder if some of the folks who sit near me are thinking that this is their chance to move away from the loud guy who yells at the officials when they blow a call, stands up and cheers when we have bigs plays/situations, etc? I admit that some of my enthusiasm is amped up by alcohol, both before and during the game...but we are at a college football game, not a cotillion. If we move, I hope it is near kindred spirits...and those who partake in spirits:)
