The Grounds

It was a pretty tough loss, but I loved the way we played. That D is easily the best we have played all year. They stopped Harris far better than anyone else has this year, they shut down the 3, they had a MASSIVE size advantage inside and plenty of athletes to handle what we had offensively on the floor given how short-handed we are, and in one of the best crowd environments in UM history we had our chances at the end. Would have been nice not seeing a last-possession defensive breakdown, but they way we battled in that environment against a squad with such a superior physical advantage inside is a great sign. I like us to be in pretty good shape if we can carry that intensity forward.

Agreed. Was at the game. Miami is enormous. I thought we played great until the end. The play turnover by Jesperson was heartbreaking.
