OT: iPad viewing issues

  • Hi Jamie,

    When I'm on my iPad at home, when any Wahoos247 page loads fully, the whole screen goes blank. I can see content while it is still downloading, coming in as pieces. Once the taskbar stops progressing (i.e., it's fully loaded), I get a blank screen. Has anyone else had similar issues?

    This is the second time this has been brought up in the past couple days. I'm going to pass this along to our front-end engineer to look at.

    In the meantime, I've found that using the mobile view doesn't seem to have the same problem. To get to the mobile view, click the Mobile link at the bottom of the page near the CBS logo.

  • I have had the same issues too but not on my phone or tablet, just my PC. Just my 2 cents.

    Thank you, Noah. I certainly appreciate the quick response, and the fact you took time out of your busy day to check in on it! I'll give that fix a try until I hear something else.

    By the way, Jamie's the best. He makes this site and network one of the best I have seen. Major props to him, and you, for making us all feel important.

  • Don't mean to bump an old thread, but wanted to mention that I think we've tested enough that you may go back to normal view on tablet if you'd like.
