Sounds like a helluva start to a Tuesday. Congrats!

The "Total Consciousness" thing isn't all it's cranked up to be. (:^?)

I hope we can get this kid but competing with all of these big time programs has me a little worried. It seems similar to Curtis Grant where the recruit must decide whether he wants to stay home and play where his family can watch him (UVA) or go the Sims route and hopefully play for a big boy. Unfortunately, most of the time it doesn't work out for us but with Nicholson and Cooper deciding to stay home, it gives us a puncher's chance.

It has to be overwhelming, even with the experiences of the 4 former players at Bayside going to major colleges in front of him, plus having an experienced HS coach who used to be a college coach. In the end, he will have to realize that wherever he goes he will have to live in the environment he chooses and with the teamamtes and coaches he has chosen, for 4-5 years. He's a fine player but he needs to pick the right situation to get into, as I doubt that he will be anywhere near what Harvin or some of the great ones were upon arrival at college. Mizell does play with a lot of character on the field and would be a great fit at UVa, IMO, probably after an RS year, but that remains to be seen. anyone watching him last season would have thought that he was a veteran/senior the way he played the game. ><

Same here...as we all know things can change in a hurry ala JC last spring. One good thing when it come to VT in this race, I cannot imagine Coach Darnell Moore will do Tek any favors after the crap they pulled with Coop. Bayside rules!
