Hairston and Wood named ACC Co-Players of the Week. Kind of astounding that Joe didn't get the nod after his play vs. Tech and UNC.

North Carolina's P.J. Hairston and NC State's Scott Wood have been named co-ACC Players of the Week, and Maryland's Seth Allen has been selected the conference's Rookie of the Week.
www.theacc.comJoe's #s speak for themselves, and even Hairston has no business sharing the award based on the past week, but to include Wood, solely on account of scoring 22 points against Virginia effing Tech in an overtime home victory, is fuggin disgraceful. The sooner we tell these goobers to shove it, the better.
Doug Doughty has a good article on Joe. The most interesting point:
"Harris, on the other hand, has received no accolades. He’s never made first-, second- or third-team All-ACC. He wasn’t on the ACC All-Freshman team. He was never ACC Freshman of the Week and he hasn’t been the ACC player of the week."
Ugh. No respect.
