Someone mentioned earlier some of us being attached to Rocco because he has been our best QB in a while...I'm pretty guilty of that attachment. I feel it for all of them because I know how incredibly hard they all work to play a position where 2nd string often means zero playing time. But I feel like Rocco has earned it, he showed tremendous growth and a lot of ability, especially in the 2nd half of last season. I think with the growth of our receivers (Tim Smith should have a really big year, I feel like he was underappreciated last season), Rocco will surprise everyone. I love the idea of top talent coming to Virginia because of the attention it brings to the program but I think we can go on to some ACC titles and big bowl wins within a few years with the talent we already have at QB. But, I admit that comes from a sense of attachment to the dudes that have taken this team back to relevance. You could give us the best running backs in the country and I would still be lobbying for KP, Perry, and Clifton Richardson.
