Dowling, Cook, and Minnifield.

If you had to rank them based on their college careers and skill sets, how would you order them?

Well both Ras I and Chase missed time for injury but Chris missed time for academics, I think Cook was the best of the 3 on the field at UVA and in the NFL so far. All of them had their bad games, and it seemed like none of them lived up to their potential ever at UVA. So hopefully they have good careers in the NFL. Rank them Cook, Minniefield, Dowling. Tra will be better than all of them though.

I think what he meant is that if it weren't for injuries or off the field issues they could have fully accomplished what they had the potential to do. (I could be reading his post wrong though)

Exactly, they all couldve added much more to the team but all had somthing that kept them from reaching full potential.

If I had to pick a CB for my team, my choice would be in the following order
1) Cook
2) Minnifield
3) Dowling
Cook was the total package, speed, tackling, toughness, moxie. Minnifield doesn't have quite the physical talent of the other two, but he more than makes up for it mentally. Dowling got beat too much out of position and never really seemed to learn how to play his position. It's a shame that the year we had Cook and Dowling on the field together, the program was falling apart. I might actually pick Marcus Hamilton in the 3rd spot instead of Dowling.
