I doubt Jimmy Turk has time to represent anyone other than VT athletes. They sure keep him busy "just being boys".
Since these are walk ons and scrubs they may be in danger of the dreaded waiver wire which strikes each Spring to combat the over signings. When you take 30 or so each year and the limit is 95 you need to be proactive!
