I was really hoping after the staff shakeout, they would rethink the recruiting territory for the Washington region. It makes no sense to separate the Loudoun schools from the rest of the NOVA publics and combine it with a territory that includes DC for one of the recruiters. Why not allow one coach to handle all of the public schools in NOVA (Fairfax, Loudoun, Alexandria, Arlington, Prince William, and Stafford), as well as the DC publics, and a second coach to take the private schools in NOVA, DC, and Maryland, along with the public schools in Maryland. It's much easier to manage, they will track kids playing in the same districts or leagues, and talk to coaches with common opponents.
