Nice!! From what I have read I really like this hire. It would be great to find a way to utilize our upgrade in speed and athleticism. UVA has such a thin margin between wins and losses that special teams can really be the differentiator and I think it was the difference this year between staying home in December or playing in a bowl game.

Jamie, with the hiring of Banks and the likely promotion of Hagans (probably WRs), do you think the last 2 hires will be on the defensive side of the ball with Wach or a GA coaching TEs, or do you think we get another hire on the offensive side of the ball with perhaps a DC that also coaches DL or London takes over DL? I think obviously the next hire will be a DC, just curious what the 4th guy is being looked at for.
