I think voting was last night, should be released this week. Maybe today?

This afternoon, but if you're expecting Scott to win POY, be prepared to be disappointed.

I don't see him getting POY with all the NC bias for those teams voting, I will however be shocked if he is not 1st Team All-ACC.

No. But I voted to ban Cawwwwwwwwwwwwwlton Tudor from ever voting again.

I can understand the arguments for Zeller as POY but to not include Scott in the All-ACC first team is ridiculous.

I think an argument could made for that. I would've voted for Hamilton though.

The biggest mess with the voting involves the state of Florida. The papers in Florida do not let the writers there vote to avoid showing a bias towards the athletes they cover (or they don't want to pay the crazy dues that are owed annually to vote). Some of the writers that vote caught a game or three all season.
The coaches should vote in every ACC sport and if you want to have a second award for the writers then add that as well. Sportswriters can not tell you who the best left guard in the league is in football and location impacts the voting. A former radio personality would vote for Al Groh for Coach of the Year to get on his good side. The whole thing is a mess.

I have picked every team correctly in my mind since selecting Muggsy Bogues as the ACC Player of the Year in 1987 when Wake Forest managed to go 2-12 in league play with the not-so legendary coach Bob Staak leading the way. Oddly enough, I have been wrong every year since in picking the top player in the ACC.

Some guy just called in to the David Glenn show and said Austin Rivers didn't deserve rookie of the year and that Nobody in the league had any players better than Carolina's starting five. David Glenn said, "I love you as a caller, but don't ever be that dumb on my show again." That was radio gold.
