Rain falling harder now. Ugh. This could take a while.

That was huge for UVa to capitalize on momentum and finish that off before play was stopped.

The problem is there are so many spectators here. They can't all fit in the facility. They're saying they want to stay outdoors, but we'll see.

Radar says this is going to be a quick shower, but the courts will take a while to dry, and it's still raining. It could be a couple of hours if they keep it outside.

Singles to start at 8:30 pm. Get some dinner everyone.

Word is it could be as soon as 8 p.m.

What really ticks you off is that the sun is now out again and the weather is great.

Took a little break and now headed back to the courts. Official word was no earlier than 8 p.m., so we'll see how it's looking.

Don't know much about the USC team other than Steve Johnson at 1. However, Because of his injury in the beginning of the season I think Domijan is severely underrated. I like us at 2 as well as 3 and 4. Hope it works out like that because that means we win (I also think Shane will be hard to knock off).

Players are on the court warming up now. Won't be long for the restart. Grounds crew did a good job getting the courts dry. Wish I could say the same for the bleachers (squish!!)

Temperature dropped dramatically during the break. Nice and cool and breezy now.

This storm means business and rolled up quickly. Thunder and lightning.

NCAA title will be decided indoors, folks.

UVA has the worst luck. Hopefully we can pull it out indoors.
