Not that it falls on your shoulders Jamie, but if this kid isn't 4* material, then the whole system is out of whack. I mean, if they are just looking at players' ceilings, his upside is as high, if not higher than Burns or Hackenburg IMHO, and that's not even taking into account his on field play thus far which far exceeds any other QB in the Commonwealth. Not that it matters what star rating this kid had once he gets to HS, but it sure would look nice and shiny in our commitment list.

I'm not the decision-maker on rankings. In my view he is a four-star quarterback. That said, I don't have the power to make those decisions.
In fairness, Cook was a player that the national office ranked higher than my evaluation. When asked, I said 87. The initial ranking was an 89 and then he was bumped to 90, giving him four-stars.
