Tenuta has to be salivating at the chance to coach such a young but extremely talented set of players. Defensive line and secondary should be sound this year with some growing pains with the linebackers. Tenuta gets to coach them directly though. I hope to see this defense start giving offensive coordinators nightmares and I hope it starts next year.

What is the downside to Tenuta?
I heard he was let go from his last three jobs as DC.
How was the D at NC State?

downside is lackluster recruiting and overaggressive D that could potentially be exploited..I would say that within the college framework he is quite good
